You tell us what you have. We do everything else and send you 70% of whatever it sells for. Nothing to pay upfront, and nothing at all if it does not sell.
From your garage to your bank account
Most people have never sold anything online beyond the odd thing on Marketplace. Here is exactly what happens, and when.
You get in touch
Fill in the form, or send a photograph if it is easier. A rough description is plenty — you do not need model numbers, measurements or anything tidied up. One item or a whole garage, both are fine.
We come back with a straight answer
We look at what comparable items have actually sold for recently, not what people are asking. Then we tell you a realistic figure. If something is not worth the effort, we say so rather than waste a fortnight of your time and ours.
We agree it in writing
The asking price, the 30% commission and any minimum price you are not willing to go below. That minimum stays confidential — buyers never see it, and we cannot accept less without coming back to you first.
We collect and log everything
Every item gets its own Revchk reference, photographs, and a written condition record including the faults. You can ask where any item is, and what it is doing, at any point.
It goes live
Proper photographs and a written description, listed on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Vinted and Gumtree depending on what suits the item. More places listed means more buyers, which usually means a better price.
We store it free while it sells
If it has not sold in that time we come back to you rather than let it sit here indefinitely. You choose: collect it, let us dispose of it, or keep it listed with a storage fee. You are told well before anything happens.
We deal with the buyers
Every message, every lowball offer, every person who says they will come at six and never turns up. You hear from us when there is something worth hearing about.
You get paid
We record the sale and hold it for 14 days in case of a return or a failed payment. After that your 70% is paid by bank transfer with a statement showing every item, every figure and every deduction.

Photography
Clean, well-lit photographs from every angle, including the damage. Listings with proper pictures sell faster and get haggled less.
Pricing research
We check completed sales, not optimistic listings. Priced right the first time beats three price drops and a stale advert.
Every message
Questions, offers, time-wasters and the ones who ask if you will take half. We filter it so you only hear about real buyers.
Collection and handover
We collect from you in and around Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Lincoln, Hull, and we handle the handover with the buyer. Nobody comes to your house.
Records and statements
Every item tracked from collection to payment, with a statement that reconciles to the penny. You can see what each item made.
The awkward bits
Refund requests, disputes, buyers who change their mind. It is our name on the listing, so it is our problem to sort out.
Clearances
A house, a garage, a workshop or a warehouse of stock. We are a resale business rather than a clearance firm, so it is worth being clear about what that means before you call us.
We come and look first
Free, no obligation. We walk round with you and say honestly what is worth selling, what is only fit for the tip, and what is too big for us to store.
Everything is logged separately
Not one lump sum for the lot. Each item gets its own reference and its own line on your statement, so you can see exactly what the tools made versus the furniture.
We take what sells, not the lot
Anything that fits in a 30cm cube is stored free. Larger items are £2.00 a week, and anything over 100cm in any direction is £6.00 a week. Agreed with you before we take it in. Larger things — big furniture, wardrobes, long-case clocks — we will still list and sell for you, but they usually stay at your place until a buyer collects. We are not a skip service.
Sensitive situations handled quietly
Probate, a house sale on a deadline, a business closing. We work to your timescale and we do not make a production of it.

The things people ask before committing
What if I change my mind?
They are your goods and they stay your property until a buyer takes them. Give us reasonable notice and we will return them.
How long does something take to sell?
Tools and machinery often go within a fortnight. Furniture and niche items can take longer. We will tell you what to expect for your item rather than give you a sales pitch.
What if it does not sell at all?
You owe us nothing. We will talk to you about dropping the price, trying a different marketplace, or giving it back.
Do you take everything?
No. We will not take anything we cannot lawfully or safely sell, counterfeits, or goods whose ownership is unclear. We would rather turn something away than create a problem for both of us.
Is my address or name shown anywhere?
Never. Listings show a general collection area only. Buyers deal with us, not with you.
